Booth Requirements
Vendors provide their own tents, weights, tables, chairs, displays, supplies, payment equipment, and change.
All tents must be securely weighted. Stakes may not be driven into the pavement. Electricity is available only in select spaces and must be confirmed in advance.
Food vendors must upload and display all required permits, licenses, or exemption documentation.
Festival Hours and Load-Out
Vehicles may not enter the festival area during public hours, even if a vendor sells out early.
At 4:00 p.m., begin packing your booth. Please pack completely before retrieving your vehicle whenever possible. Vehicles may enter only after Police or event staff confirm that the streets are clear and officially reopen them.
Near closing, please direct remaining guests toward downtown businesses or Magnolia Square.
Emergencies and Weather
For a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and provide your booth number and nearest intersection. EMT services and incident command will be located near Magnolia Square.
Mountain Day is rain or shine. If dangerous weather or another emergency occurs, follow instructions from Police, Fire, EMS, and event staff. A tent is not a safe severe-weather shelter.

The Mountain Day Committee reserves the right to decline any food vendor application not compatible with the objectives of the event. The event also includes informational and nonprofit booths.
Fees:
Prices range from $55-$130 based on location and vendor type. Fees offset the cost of promotion, marketing, restrooms, and music.
The Mountain Day Committee reserves the right to reject any vendor applications not consistent with the community and artistic spirit of the event.
